NFC review cards for shops

One tap turns a happy customer into a five-star review.

TapNation cards sit by your till or on the table. A customer taps their phone, no app, no typing — and lands straight on your Google or review page while the good mood is still fresh.

No app. No monthly fee per card. Works on every phone made since 2019.

Made for cafés, salons, garages, barbers, restaurants and any shop that lives on word of mouth.

From till to five stars in three steps

  1. 1

    Tell us your review link

Send us your Google review link (or any page you want people to land on) when you order. We programme every card before it ships.

  2. 2

Put it where people pay or sit

By the till, on the table, on a menu stand, in the changing room. Nothing to plug in — the card runs on the energy from the customer's phone.

  3. 3

    Customers tap, you get reviews

They hold their phone near the card for a second, it opens the review page automatically, and they leave a review before they've even left the counter.

Questions, answered

No. NFC is built into the phone's operating system, so tapping the card opens the link the same way tapping a contactless payment terminal works. There's nothing for your customer to install.

Every iPhone from the XS onwards, and the large majority of Android phones sold since around 2019. If a customer's phone doesn't support NFC, the card can also carry a small printed QR code as a backup — just mention it when you order.

Yes. Cards are re-writable, so if you move review platforms or want to point the card somewhere else, get in touch and we'll talk you through reprogramming it, or send a replacement.

Cards are for shops that want reviews. The membership is for people who want to buy cards in bulk and sell them on to shops as their own small business — it teaches the setup and the sales side, not just the tech.

No. It renews monthly at £5.99 and you can cancel whenever you like — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
